statistics and computational models: join our next international workshop on modeling of infectious diseases in Ho Chi Minh City!



October 30-November 4, 2016 - Pasteur Institute in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

A glimpse of the workshop's output in 3 points:

  • Construct and interpret simple mathematical models of infectious disease transmission and control

  • Understand the modern use of infectious disease modeling in public health

  • Define the necessary strategies and organize the effective management of epidemics

We encourage participants to bring their own dataset for analysis. Please specify it in the application form.

The course teaching committee will review applications and select participants who will be notified before the end of September and will receive an invitation letter together with details on local arrangements.

  • 1-2 recommendation letter(s)
