The official signing of the Agreement between the Institut Pasteur in Madagascar represented by its Director, Prof Christophe ROGIER and the Ministry of Public Health, represented by His Excellency the Minister, Dr Pascal Jacques RAJAONARISON was held on Monday, November 14, 2011 at the Ministry of Health, in the presence of Prof Jean Louis RAKOTOVAO.
