We are now looking forward to the new year with renewed commitment to tackle major scientific questions, exciting new projects and partnerships and contribute to improve health.
This year will mark a new chapter in the fruitful partnership between the University of Hong Kong and the Institut Pasteur with the opening of the Centre for Immunology & Infection, a translational laboratory that will generate innovative solutions for public health challenges and advance health by improving the effectiveness of future public health policies.
The festivities celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the HKU-Pasteur Research Pole are not over yet: we have published a book that you can already read online, we are organizing an international workshop and we are planning an exhibition later this year amongst other things.
In the meantime, the Lord of Fortune visited us this week to celebrate the year of the Ox!
